Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, certain items (including silk pillowcases, bedding products, hair accessories, and items worn close to the skin or hair) are classified as non-returnable, unless they are defective.

However, we value our customers and allow returns under the following conditions:

  • the item is unused, unworn, and not washed;

  • the item is clean and free from odors, stains, or damage;

  • the item has a manufacturing defect;

  • the original packaging is intact and undamaged;

  • the item has not been opened or used, where applicable for hygiene reasons;

  • a proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is provided.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, except for goods that are:

  • sealed for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

  • made to order or personalized;

  • worn or used.

Once a hygiene-sealed product has been opened, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, as permitted under EU law.


Return Period

Eligible returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for:

  • arranging the return shipment;

  • ensuring the item is securely packaged;

  • covering all return shipping costs.

Karchixi is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Partial Order Returns & Gifts

If you return part of an order, any free gift or promotional item received as part of a special offer must also be returned.

If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Gift cards used during promotional campaigns are non-refundable.

Please ensure your name, order number, and return reason are included inside the package.


Inspection & Refund Process

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our quality control team.

  • If the item meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

  • If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their expense.


Defective or Damaged Items

All Karchixi products undergo multiple quality checks before shipment. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • do not use the product;

  • contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

In such cases, Karchixi will replace the item or issue a refund at our expense, in accordance with EU consumer law.

If the defect was caused intentionally or through improper use, no refund or replacement will be provided.


Exchanges

Items may be exchanged only if they meet the return conditions described above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
