Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Destinations

Karchixi currently ships to:

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@karchixi.com.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on destination and carrier:

  • Baltic States: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International (outside EU): 7–14 business days

Delivery times do not include order processing time.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination country;

  • shipping method selected;

  • order weight and size.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities. Karchixi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Tracking

All shipments include tracking, unless otherwise stated. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Karchixi is not responsible for:

  • delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer;

  • packages returned to us due to address errors.

Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@karchixi.com.

While we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue, Karchixi is not liable for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • please take photos before opening the package;

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us file a claim with the courier if necessary.


Force Majeure

Karchixi shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
